Estimating
Yes. The first site visit and the scope conversation carry no fee and no obligation.
After the site visit we issue a line-item estimate covering labour, materials, allowances and exclusions, with a sequenced schedule attached. Every assumption we made is written on the document.
When a selection has not been made yet — tile, fixtures, stone — an allowance holds a realistic budget for it. When the selection is made, the allowance is reconciled up or down in writing.
Thirty days for labour, and subject to supplier pricing for materials with volatile lead times.
Scheduling
Smaller interior scopes typically start within four to six weeks. Structural and permitted work is driven by the approval timeline.
Often, yes. Phased scopes with dust containment and protected access routes are planned before the first day.
Work stops on that item, you receive a photo, a description and a priced change order. Nothing proceeds until it is approved in writing.
During the build
One site lead owns your project. That person is your contact for scheduling, decisions and issues.
Swept, tools stored, protection in place and waste removed from living areas.
Yes. Applications, revisions, inspection bookings and attendance are part of the scope where a permit is required.
After handover
A written workmanship warranty, plus manufacturer warranties registered and handed over in the closing package.
A joint walkthrough produces a written list. Items are completed before the final invoice is issued, not after.
