Consultation
45–90 minutes on site
We walk the space, discuss what isn't working, identify constraints and establish a budget range. No drawings, no pressure, no fee.
Scope & estimate
5–10 business days
A line-item estimate covering labour, materials, allowances, exclusions and a sequenced schedule. Every assumption is written down.
Design & permits
2–10 weeks where required
Coordination with designers and engineers, permit applications, and material selection with samples reviewed before ordering.
Build
Project dependent
One site lead, sequenced trades, protection installed on day one, a written update every week and a clean site every evening.
Finish & handover
1–2 weeks
Deficiency walkthrough, touch-ups, final clean, warranty documentation, care guidance and a follow-up visit.
